This is an original, one-sheet movie poster from 1964 for Muscle Beach Party starring Frankie Avalon, Annette Funicello, Luciana Paluzzi, John Ashley, Don Rickles, Jody McCrea, Stevie Wonder (13 years old during filming and billed as "Little Stevie Wonder") and Buddy Hackett. William Asher directed the teen surfing comedy.
The poster measures 27" x 41" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in very good to excellent condition prior to linen-backing with pinholes in the corners from theatrical display and minor fold wear. It was folded after printing but the folds are much less noticeable after linen-backing. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). The black circles and squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
