This is an original, Polish theatrical movie poster from 1976 for the initial release of Chinatown starring Jack Nicholson, Faye Dunaway, John Huston, John Hillerman, Perry Lopez and Burt Young. Roman Polanski directed the film. Andrzej Klimowski is the artist for the poster.
The A1 poster measures 22.5" x 32.5" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in very good condition prior to linen-backing with some minor edge and fold wear. It was folded at the time of printing. The fold lines are much less noticeable after linen-backing. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
