This is an original, one sheet movie poster from 1938 for Black Bandit starring Bob Baker, Marjorie Reynolds, Jack Rockwell, Hal Taliaferro, Forrest Taylor, and Glenn Strange. George Waggner directed the cowboy western.
The poster measures 27” x 41” and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. Prior to linen-backing the poster was in very good to excellent condition with minimal edge and fold wear. It was folded at the time of printing but the folds are much less noticeable after linen-backing. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). The black circles in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
This extremely rare and collectible poster, printed in 1938 to promote the theatrical release of Black Bandit, is not a reprint or reproduction.
