  • Film: Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb (1964)
    Year poster printed: 1970s
    Country: France
    Size (inches): 45.5" x 60.75"

"Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the War Room."

This is an original French grande movie poster from the 1970s for a theatrical re-release of Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb. The classic Cold War comedy stars Peter Sellers, George C. Scott, Slim Pickens and Sterling Hayden. The film was directed by Stanley Kubrick.

The one-panel poster measures 45.5" x 60.75" and is in very good to excellent condition with minimal edge and fold wear from handling. It was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.

Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets.

This rare and collectible poster, printed in the 1970s to promote a French theatrical re-release of Dr. Strangelove, is not a reproduction or a reprint.

    CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY (COA) INCLUDED
