This is a vintage one-sheet movie poster from 1948 for a theatrical re-release of God's Country and The Woman. The movie stars George Brent, Beverly Roberts, Barton Mac Lane, Alan Hale Sr., and El Brendel. William Knightly directed the film that was based on a novel by James Oliver Curwood.
The poster measures 27” x 41” and is in good to very good condition. This poster, like most authentic one-sheet posters printed before 1985, was folded before being shipped to a movie theater. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters. The poster has some age-related minor edge and fold wear and a small spot of paper loss on the lower left edge.
