"Men who go down to the sea...Living perilously...Loving recklessly!"This is an original one-sheet movie poster from 1946 for Lighthouse starring Don Castle, June Lang, John Litel, Marian Martin, and Charles Wagenheim. Frank Wisbar directed the film.
The poster measures 27" x 41" and is in good to very good condition. The poster was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters. The poster was once folded in half an extra time resulting in an additional, light vertical fold line on the left and right of the poster. There is a 3 inch separation of the bottom-left vertical fold-line.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). The small black squares in the corners and edges of the poster are magnets and not pins.
This rare and collectible poster, printed in 1946 to promote the initial theatrical release of Lighthouse, is not a reproduction or a reprint.
