This is an original Italian, theatrical movie poster from 1980 for Mad Max (released in Italy as Interceptor) starring Mel Gibson, Joanne Samuel, Hugh Keays-Byrne, Steve Bisley, Tim Burns, and Roger Ward. George Miller directed the action thriller. John Hamagami is the artist for the poster.
The locandina poster measures 13.25” x 27.5” and is in very good to excellent condition with very minor edge and fold wear from previous handling. It was folded at the time of printing but has been stored flat for many years. The poster will be rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
