This is an original, linen-backed, one-sheet movie poster from 1931 for The Beloved Bachelor starring Paul Lukas, Dorothy Jordan, Charlie Ruggles, Vivienne Osborne, and Marjorie Gateson. Lloyd Corrigan directed the pre-Hays Code (moral guidelines applied to most U.S. films from 1934 to 1968), love-triangle drama based on a play by Edward H. Peple.
The poster measures 27" x 41" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in very good to excellent condition prior to backing with minimal fold and edge wear. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
