This is an original, French eight panel movie poster from 1991 for The Silence of the Lambs starring Jodie Foster, Anthony Hopkins, Scott Glenn, Ted Levine, Lawrence T. Wrentz and Roger Corman. Jonathan Demme directed the classic film based on the novel by Thomas Harris.
The billboard-style poster measures 117.75” x 156.5” (approximately 10 feet by 13 feet) and was printed in eight sections designed to overlap. The poster was never used and is in very good to excellent condition with minimal wear from handling. It was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
