This is an original, linen-backed, one-sheet movie poster from 1983 for Monty Python's The Meaning of Life starring Graham Chapman, John Cleese, Terry Gilliam, Eric Idle, Terry Jones and Michael Palin. Terry Jones also directed the film. Bill Garland is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 27" x 41" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in very good condition prior to restoration with minor edge wear and pinhole separations at the cross-folds. It was folded at the time of printing but the fold lines are less noticable after restoration. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). The black squares and circle in the corners of the poster are magnets. They are not pins.
This collectible poster, printed in 1983 for the theatrical release of Monty Python's The Meaning of Life, is not a reproduction or a reprint.
