This is an original, linen-backed, Japanese B2 movie poster from 1962 for a theatrical re-release of Casablanca starring Humphrey Bogart, Ingrid Bergman, Claude Rains, Conrad Veidt, Sydney Greenstreet, Peter Lorre and Paul Henreid. Michael Curtiz directed the classic film.
This rare poster features a unique design not seen on other Casablanca theatrical release posters and prominently features Ingrid Bergman. It measures 20 1/4" x 28 5/8" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in very good condition prior to restoration with some light wear and tiny tears along parts of the edges and a few scattered surface creases. The fold lines are much less noticeable after backing. The poster will be rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photos (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image. The small, black circles in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
