This is an original, linen-backed, three-sheet theatrical movie poster from 1955 for Guys and Dolls starring Marlon Brando, Jean Simmons, Frank Sinatra, Vivian Blaine, Robert Keith, and Stubby Kaye. Joseph L. Mankiewicz directed the classic musical based on the play by Abe Burrows and Jo Swerling.
The poster measures 41” x 81” and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. Prior to restoration, the poster was in very good condition with pinholes in the corners from theatrical display and minor wear along parts of the edges. It was folded at the time of printing and had some wear and paper loss at some of the folds and cross-folds. The folds are much less noticeable after restoration.
