This is an original, rolled, insert theatrical movie poster from 1974 for The Taking of Pelham One Two Three starring Walter Matthau, Robert Shaw, Martin Balsam, Hector Elizondo, and Jerry Stiller. Joseph Sargent directed the movie. Mort Künstler, famous for his illustrative paintings of the American Civil War, created the art for the poster.
The poster measures 14” x 36” and is in very good to excellent condition with minimal edge wear from handling and storage. Unlike most insert posters from this era, it has never been folded.
