This is an original, Australian daybill theatrical movie poster from 1972 for Fillmore featuring promotor Bill Graham and performances by Santana, The Grateful Dead, Hot Tuna, Quicksilver, It's a Beautiful Day, Cold Blood, Boz Scaggs, Elvin Bishop Group, The New Riders of the Purple Sage, Lamb, and Jefferson Airplane. Richard Heffron directed the concert documentary. David Edward Byrd is the artist for the poster.
The poster measures 13.25" x 30" and is in very good to excellent condition with minimal wear from previous handling. It was folded at the time of printing. Most folds flatten out nicely for framing and are often desirable for vintage, collectible movie posters.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). It is not cropped or a stock image. The black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
This rare and collectible poster, printed in 1972 to promote the Australian theatrical release of Fillmore, is not a reproduction or a reprint.
