Size: 23.5" x 33.25"This is an extremely rare, original movie poster from 1947 for the initial release of Citizen Kane in Denmark. The classic film stars Orson Welles, Joseph Cotten, Dorothy Comingore, Everett Sloane, Ray Collins, George Coulouris, Agnes Moorehead and Paul Stewart. Orson Welles also directed the film.
The poster measures exactly 23.5" x 33.25" and is in very good condition. There is an RKO Radio film logo in the bottom left corner of the poster. There is also a Danish film censor stamp from 1946-1947 in the upper left corner.
The poster was folded at the time of printing and it has some partial extra folds from use over the years. There are pinholes in the corners from theatrical display and minor edge wear. The poster has been stored flat for many years and will be shipped in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). The small, black squares in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
