This is an original, Australian one-sheet movie poster from 1947 for The Yearling starring Gregory Peck, Jane Wyman, Claude Jarman Jr., Clem Bevans, Margaret Wycherly and Chill Wills. Clarence Brown directed the film based on the novel by Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings.
This poster measures 27" x 40" and has been linen-backed for long-term preservation and display. The poster was in excellent condition prior to linen-backing. Prior to preservation with minimal edge and fold wear. It was folded at the time of printing but the folds are much less noticeable after linen-backing. Linen-backed posters are stored flat and rolled for shipping in a rigid, tube mailer.
Please look closely at the photo (this is the exact poster you are buying). The black circles in the corners of the poster are magnets and not pins.
